In conjunction with Florida’s One Campaign promoting Pro Bono efforts across the state, the Miami Pro Bono Roundtable and the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono are sponsoring a Pro Bono Summit. This event will follow a robust agenda including plenary and breakout sessions focusing on growing and fine-tuning pro bono opportunities in Miami and building a community that supports pro bono in new and innovative ways.  We will also focus on recruiting more firms and attorneys to perform pro bono work for the community and highlight critical areas of legal need for Dade county’s most disadvantaged residents.

The Summit will be followed by a Pro Bono Fair/Reception hosted by Lexis Nexis from 5pm - 7 pm.

The Fair will give people an opportunity to talk with the various public interest organizations aiming to recruit pro bono talent.

So come out and find out how you can be the One….for someone with a legal need.

*This event is geared towards attorneys, judges, and legal services organizations that work within the larger Miami Legal Community.
